SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Ramon de Lima of Brazil scored his first Professional Bull Riders career event win on Sunday here.

Lima went 4 for 4 over the three days and sealed the win with an 89.5-point ride to claim the championship round of the PBR 25th: Unleash the Beast, Wrangler Long Live Cowboys Classic. He now sits in third place in the world standings with $45,890 won after pocketing $40,625 on Sunday. The victory was worth 715 world points and vaulted him from 61st in the world to No. 3. 

Montana bull rider Jess Lockwood finished 12th and earned 50 points. The reigning world champion from Volborg finished in third place in the second round with a 87.25-point ride. For recording the score on Relentless, Lockwood earned $2,000. Lockwood is now 13th in the world standings.
