HELENA - The No. 1-ranked Westminster College men's basketball team has run into trouble here in the past when tangling with Carroll College - and that might be the case again on Thursday night.

The Griffins, 4-0 in the Frontier Conference and 18-1 overall, and No. 13-ranked Carroll, 3-0 and 13-1, collide in the Carroll PE Center. The winner will take over sole possession of first place.

Westminster has lost five straight in Helena with the last win coming on Jan. 17, 2004.

The Carroll athletic department is asking all Saint fans to wear white to the game in hopes of "whiting out" the Griffins' No. 1 ranking and supporting the Saints.

Thursday night's game, which beings at 8 p.m., will mark the first time a top-ranked team has played the Saints at the PE Center.

Westminster plays at Rocky Mountain College on Saturday afternoon.
