LARAMIE, Wyo. — The University of Wyoming's Justin James' double-double of 27 points and 10 rebounds was not enough to beat Utah State. The Cowboys fell to Aggies of Utah State 71-55.

Utah State had four players in double figures with Sam Merrill leading the way with 22 points. Neemias Queta pumped in 14 points, while Dwayne Brown Jr. scored 13 and Diogo Brito chipped in 10. 

Wyoming's only other player to have points in double figures was TJ Taylor who had 14 points. 

The Cowboys fell to 0-4 in conference play and the Aggies went to 2-2 in conference play. Wyoming's next game is against University of New Mexico on January 19.
