WIBAUX - Wibaux is back in the state C football championship game.
Travis Bertelsen scored three touchdowns and the seventh-ranked Longhorns defeated No. 5 Twin Bridges 24-13 in the semifinal round Saturday.
Wibaux will now host No. 3 Superior Saturday at 1 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Field. Since 1991, the Longhorns have won five state C football championships and played in two more championship games, the last in 2006.

On Wibaux's first play of their first possession, Travis Bertelsen took the handoff and broke it 69 yards for a touchdown. He finished with 27 carries for 224 yards.
Wibaux fullback Collin Harrell scored the Longhorns' second TD on a 30-yard run. He finished with eight carries for 57 yards.
