Chance of rain in Billings today is 60 percent. Skies will be mostly cloudy with showers beginning late morning and continuing until early evening. High temperature is expected to be about 53 degrees. Winds will be from the northwest at 10 to 20 mph.
Tonight, skies remain mostly cloudy, but the chance of rain diminishes to 30 percent. Overnight low should be about 38 degrees with north winds at 5-15 mph.
On Tuesday, skies will be partly cloudy bringing only a 20 percent chance of rain. High temperature is forecast at 56 degrees with winds from the west at 10-20 mph.
In the 24-hour period that ended at 6 this morning, Billings picked up .23 inches of moisture. Rain drenched most of the state. In the same period, Lewistown received 1.25 inches, Miles City .79 inches, Havre .75 inches and Jordan .69 inches.
