About Us For more than 30 years STEP has been an active leader in serving people with disabilities in several Montana communities. As a result we have been able to maximize community support for each person with disabilities and their families. In doing so, we also fulfill a very strong commitment to help those we serve to attain the greatest independence possible, while assisting them in: Finding and utilizing formal and informal networks and resources Achieving their dreams and realizing their greatest potential Actively participating in and becoming true citizens of their communities
