The owner, Ray Cucancic, assumes primary responsibility for the projects and coordinates the efforts of the technical staff and the carefully selected consultants. As soon as the project concept is formulated by the client, he aids in site evaluation, planning, project programming, design concepts, construction and close out of the project.

Building is our greatest talent and we have coupled that talent in partnership with architectural firms to offer Design Build services. By teaming with firms having similar values and work ethic, we provide a viable alternative to the traditional design-bid-build method.
