Aspen Grove

The community includes 64 unfurnished one-bedroom apartment homes with full-sized stoves and refrigerators. Each apartment home has heat and air conditioning controlled by the individual resident. We have an elevator and a laundry room with washers and dryers for the convenience of our residents.

In addition, we have a large community room for gatherings, meetings, celebrations, potlucks and other activities. Our library/craft room is also available for recreational and educational programs.

Aspen Grove has a Community Administrator who lives on-site and oversees the administration, maintenance and repair of the building and grounds.

• The resident pays approximately 30 percent of the adjusted gross income for rent.

• The individual or their family member must be at least 62 year of age.

• Rent is based on a resident’s adjusted gross income, which is calculated by subtracting approved medical expenses from their income.
