Scout your fields, move livestock, check pivots, haul seed - no
matter what's on your list, a John Deere 625i Gator will fit into
any operation. As a brand new product sold exclusively through John
Deere dealers, the 625i Gator will be the featured Grand Prize,
sponsored by John Deere.
The popularity of utility vehicles (UTV) has surged over the
last five years. Their multifaceted use has made them the vehicle
of choice for both farmers and ranchers. The John Deere 625i Gator
features 4WD and locking rear differential, a 2-range CVT
transmission, and independent double-wishbone long-travel
suspension and is built rugged to handle utility jobs around the
farm or ranch. The 625i Gator comes equipped with a 23 hp v-twin
cylinder gasoline engine and tops out at 30 mph. Other products in
the John Deere XUV lineup include the 825i featuring a 50 hp
3-cylinder gasoline engine that tops out at 42 mph, and the 855D
featuring a 25 hp 3-cylinder diesel engine that can travel up to 32
mph.
“John Deere Company and the participating JD dealers are proud
to be a sponsor of this year's MATE show,” says Scott Hackley of
John Deere Company. “Our joint sponsorship clearly demonstrates our
company and dealers' commitment to the agricultural community in
Montana and Wyoming.”
The grand prize will be on display at several of the area John
Deere locations including Yellowstone County Implement, Moodie
Implement Locations, Farm Equipment sales locations, Horizon
Implement and Sheridan County Implement.
