MSU Billings preview day set for Oct. 23

MSU BILLINGS NEWS — Montana State University Billings hosts a Preview Day for interested future college students on Friday, Oct. 23, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Students will have the chance to get to know more about the University Campus and City College Campus, meet professors, and explore the variety of programs MSU Billings has to offer.

Students interested in Preview Day are encouraged to sign up using the online form. Event check-in runs from 9-9:45 a.m. at the MSU Billings Student Union Building, with the event starting at 10 a.m. at Petro Theatre. Attendees will take in a variety of programs at the University Campus before those interested in two-year programs transition to the City College Campus.

The event allows students interested in pursuing a degree or certificate at MSU Billings to connect with current students, staff, and faculty within the programs that fit their interests. Prospective students and their guests who would like to learn more about two-year career and technical pathways can do so after lunch while those interested in four-year programs will remain on the University Campus.

Preview Day attendees will have the opportunity to meet with professors from their intended program of interest, enjoy lunch with student services staff, receive free swag and branded MSUB gear, and be entered to win a $500 scholarship for a student who enters MSU Billings in the fall of 2027.

Tracks are open for prospective students to explore in the College of Business, the College of Education, the College of Health Professions and Science, the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, and City College.

Preview Day is free and open to the public. While the event is geared toward students graduating high school in the spring, adult learners and transfer students, anyone interested in learning more about attending MSUB is encouraged to attend.

Registration is required for Preview Day.
